Talk of the Town Clowns was organized in January 2006.  We are a strictly not-for-profit organization, accepting donations, but not charging a fee for clowning.  Talk of the Town Clown members devote their time to entertain at Tri-State hospitals, nursing homes, community fundraisers and walks, and various company-sponsored events.  We are trained in balloon art, face-painting, skits, walk-around pocket magic, and of course, in the art of having fun.
